Public Notice Jat District Ahmedabad Registration Sub-District Ahmedabad-12 (Nikol) Taluka: Dascroi Moje: Singarwa Resurvey / Block No. 637 (Old Survey / Block No. 262/2) of 5362 sq. m., T.P. Scheme No. 118, final plot No. 145/2 of 3217 sq. m. land was purchased by the partnership firm named Netra Developers on 15/02/2022 by registration sale document No. 3831 and since then the said land is in their full independent ownership and possession and enjoyment and they have implemented the project named "Vedrusha Residency" on the said land. The subsequent documents of the said property (1) dated 04-05-2019 Jayanti Lakshmanbhai Patel and Shardaben Jayanti Patel and Vedprakash Verma, Pavan Kumar Verma between the original registration sale document No. 8236 and its original registration receipt was lost by them and they have stated that there is no mortgage, debt, loan, charge, burden, solvency, etc. on the said land and they want to mortgage the said land and the project named "Vedrusha Residency" built on it in DCB Bank Ltd. to get a loan and they have requested for a title clearance certificate from us. If any person has any claim, right, share etc. in the above land, they are requested to inform us in writing with proof of registered P.O.A.D. at the below address within 15 days from the publication of this notice. After the said time limit, if the said original document is really lost somewhere, we will issue a certificate regarding the loss of the said document and after that no claim of any kind will be entertained.
