Public Notice Before Title Clearance This is to notify that we are issuing this public notice on the instructions of our client. The land is located in the Sim area of Soti village, Dholera Sub-District, Ahmedabad District, bearing Block No. 345, Old Survey No. 285/7, New Survey No. 230, admeasuring 3-23-94 H.A.R. Chi.Mi, with an assessment of Rs. 1.70 (named 'Sejadi'). The land is old tenure, in the possession of Mr. Hareshbhai Bachubhai, free from all encumbrances, marketable, and with a clear title. Our client has requested a title clearance for the same. If any person, bank, institution, or anyone else has any kind of lien, right, interest, claim, encumbrance, charge, mortgage, alienation, easement right, or any other type of right, interest, or authority over the above-mentioned land, they should notify us in writing at the address below within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this public notice, along with all certified evidence, via Registered A.D. Failure or delay to do so will be considered as if no one has any lien, right, interest, share, authority, encumbrance, charge, or claim over the said land/property, and if any such right existed, it has been voluntarily waived.
