Public Notice This is to inform, as per our client's instructions, that the land and building property, situated in TP Scheme No. 409/B, Final Plot No. 127, Area 2368 sq.m., Block No. 472/2, City Survey No. NA472/22, in Moje Zundal, Gandhinagar, is owned and possessed by the Partnership Firm named 'Satyagraha Developers'. The ownership and possession of the property is based on the following documents: (1) Original Sale Deed No. 13923/2017 and its Registration Receipt, (2) Original Release Deed No. 13978/2016 and its Registration Receipt, (3) Original Release Deed No. 13980/2016 and its Registration Receipt, (4) Original Banakhat No. 4507/2007 and its Registration Receipt, (5) Original Banakhat Cancellation Letter No. 13839/2017 and its Registration Receipt. All these documents have been reported to be lost. If any person, financial institution, or other entity has any claim, right, interest, share, or encumbrance on the aforementioned documents or the property, they are requested to inform us in writing with proof at the address mentioned below within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice. If this is not done, it will be assumed that there is no claim, right, interest, share, or encumbrance and, if any, it will be deemed to have been relinquished. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી અમારા અસીલ ની સૂચનાથી જણાવવાનું કે, ગાંધીનગરના મોજે ઝુંડાલ ની સીમના ટી.પી.સ્કીમ નં. ૪૦૯/બી ના ફા.પ્લોટ નં. ૧૨૭ ક્ષેત્રફળ ૨૩૬૮ ચો.મી., બ્લોક નં. ૪૭૨/૨, સીટી સર્વે નં. એનએ૪૭૨/ ર૨ ની જમીન તથા તેની ઉપર આવેલ બાંધકામવાળી મીલકત તે સત્યાગ્રહ ડેવલોપર્સ, એ નામની ભાગીદારી પેઢીના માલીકી કબજા ભોગવટાની આવેલ છે અને (૧) અસલ વેચાણ દસ્તાવેજ નં. ૧૩૯૨૩/૨૦૧૭ અને તેની રજીસ્ટ્રેશન રીસીપ્ટ, (૨) અસલ રીલીઝ ડીડ નં. ૧૩૯૭૮/૨૦૧૬ અને તેની રજીસ્ટ્રેશન રીસીપ્ટ, (૩) અસલ રીલીઝડીડ નં. ૧૩૯૮૦/૨૦૧૬ અને તેની રજીસ્ટ્રેશન રીસીપ્ટ, (૪) અસલ બાનાખત નં. ૪૫૦૭/૨૦૦૭ અને તેની રજીસ્ટ્રેશન રીસીપ્ટ, (૫) અસલ બાનાખત કેન્સલેશન લેખ નં. ૧૩૮૩૯/૨૦૧૭ અને તેની રજીસ્ટ્રેશન રીસીપ્ટ, એ તમામ કયાંક ગુમ થઇ ગયેલ છે તેવી હકીકત જણાવેલ છે. તો ઉપરોકત દસ્તાવેજ પરત્વે કે સદરહુ મીલકત પરત્વે જો કોઇ શખ્સનો કે નાણાકીય સંસ્થા કે અન્ય કોઇનો લાગભાગ, હકક, હિત, હિસ્સો, દાવો કે બોજો હોય તો આ નોટીસ પ્રસિઘ્ધ થયેથી દિન-૭ માં અમોને નીચે જણાવેલ સરનામે પુરાવા સહીત લેખિતમા જાણ કરવી. જો તેમ કરવામાં નહી આવે તો કોઇનો કોઇપણ જાતનો લાગભાગ, હકક, હિત, હિસ્સો, દાવો કે બોજો રહેલ નથી અને હોય તો તે જતો કરેલ છે તેમ સમજી અમો નો-કલેઇમ સર્ટીફીકેટ આપીશુ. ત્યારબાદ કોઇની કોઇપણ પ્રકારની તકરાર ચાલશે નહી, જેની નોંધ લેવી. યન સી. કંસારા, એડવોકેટ ૬૧૦, છઠ્ઠોમાળ, હેમકૂટ કોમ્પલેક્ષ, સત્યાસ આશ્રમ સામે, જનપથ કોમ્પલેક્ષની પાછળ, આશ્રમ રોડ, અમદાવાદ. મો-૯૯૦૯૯ ૫૦૦૦૨
