Public Notice This is to inform the general public that: Regarding the agricultural land of old survey no. 137, block/survey no. 582, situated in the SIM account of village Sonarda, district sub-district Gandhinagar, which is located in the revenue survey no. 484, area 1-20-39, shape-2.75, (1) Shri Gabhaji Punjaaji, (2) Siddhachhajasinh Punjaaji, (3) Savitaben Punjaaji, (4) Vishnuji Punjaaji, have informed that the land is completely free from any encumbrances, belonging to them in terms of ownership and possession and has been decided to be sold to our client. Our client has requested a title clearance certificate for the said land. If anyone has any kind of attachment, right, interest, share, mortgage, encumbrance, charge, alakh, easement right, food, clothing, or any other kind of right, interest, or share on the said land, then they should inform us in writing along with documentary evidence within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice. If no information is given within the above mentioned time limit, it will be understood that there is no kind of attachment, right, interest, share, mortgage, etc. on the said land and if any such rights exist, it will be considered as waived. The title clearance certificate of the said land will be issued after the expiry of the time limit. Our client will then proceed with the sale of the said land.
