Public Notice Regarding the property located at Sola village, Ghatlodia Taluka, Ahmedabad District, within the boundaries of Block/Survey No. 330/2, 334, T.P. Scheme No. 43/A (Sola), F.P. Plot No. 151/2, 155, a non-agricultural land, where “Saral Heights Co. Op. Housing and Commercial Service Society Ltd.” is situated, commonly known as “Saral Heights.” This society is located on Kargil Petrol Pump Road, Sola. Among the flats in this society, Flat No. D/404, located on the fourth floor of Block D, is owned and possessed jointly by Chintal Ashwin Patel and Ashwinkumar Kantibhai Patel, residents of D-404, Saral Heights, Sola, Ahmedabad. The original share certificate numbers 381 to 385, share certificate no. C77, was initially issued to the aforementioned owners by “Saral Heights Co. Op. Housing and Commercial Service Society Ltd.” on 11/08/2019. However, the original share certificate No. C77 has been misplaced due to an oversight and could not be found despite diligent searching. Therefore, a duplicate share certificate is to be obtained from the society. Any person having any claim, right, interest, share, or encumbrance on the said property should submit their objections with evidence to the address mentioned below within seven (7) days via Registered A.D. Post or in person. Failure to do so will be considered a waiver of all such rights, and the Chairman and Secretary of the society will proceed to issue a duplicate share certificate.
