The project named "Sarathi Bungalow" is located on this land. In this, bungalow number: 4 is located with area 137.43 sq.m and 18.22 sq.m for unallocated common plot, and 26.59 sq.m for unallocated road, totaling 182.24 sq.m. This land and the building on it with 238.29 sq.m. (Super Built-up Area) is the property of Vipul Madhavlal Patel, and he has all rights of ownership, possession, and enjoyment. It is said that it is free from all kinds of burden and legal disputes. We have been requested to give an opinion regarding the title clearance.
