Public Notice It is hereby informed to the public that, under the Ahmedabad district registration sub-district Ahmedabad-8 (Sola) Taluka Ghatlodia, within the limits of the village Sola, survey block/number 427/1, a land measuring 11129 square meters under TP Scheme number 4R (Sola-Thaltej), Final Plot number 71 with an area of 6617 square meters that is not agricultural land, hosts a project named 'Shridhar Bungalows'. Within this project, Subplot/Bungalow number 14 has an area of 207.69 square meters (Plot area) and a super built-up area of 221.57 square meters, which houses a residential bungalow that was initially owned by Manilal Amichanddas Patel through a sale deed and upon his demise, the property is jointly owned and occupied by the heirs (1) Hiraben widow of Manilal Amichanddas Patel, (2) Maheshbhai Manilal Patel, and (3) Himanshubhai Manilal Patel, all residents of 14, Shridhar Bungalows, Science City Road, Sola, Ahmedabad-380060. They have declared that the property is free from all encumbrances and have requested us for a Title Clearance Certificate.
