Public Notice Moje-Sola District Ahmedabad, Sub-District Ahmedabad-8 (Sola) Ghatlodiya The land in the survey number 456, 457/3 and 457/4 of Moje-Sola village, within the taluka, has been included in TP Scheme No. 42. The property located on the final plot no. 102, which is non-agricultural land, is known as "Satya Meva Eminence". The property consists of: (a) Shop No. 125, with a built-up area of 1294 sq. ft. and an undivided share of 19.145 sq. m. in the scheme land, and (b) Shop No. 124, with a built-up area of 1294 sq. ft. and an undivided share of 19.14 sq. m. in the scheme land, and (c) Shop No. 126, with a built-up area of 1718 sq. ft. and an undivided share of 25.074 sq. m. in the scheme land. The property is owned, possessed and enjoyed by Ghanshyam Hasmukh Lal Upadhyay, etc. and is free from all kinds of encumbrances and legal disputes. The owners have requested a title clearance certificate from us. If anyone has any kind of encumbrance, charge, lien, right of Bana, right of possession or an undivided share in the said property, they are requested to inform us in writing within 7 days at the address below along with documentary evidence. If they fail to do so, it will be deemed that they have no right in the said property and any right they have will be forfeited.
