Public Notice for 56 (Sola-Gotha-Ognaj)

This Notice is to inform the public that a title clearance certificate is being requested for a property located in Sola, Ahmedabad. The property, a 602 sq.m. flat located on the 6th floor of the 'VIVA SAVOY' scheme, is owned by Dharmeshkumar Hemshankartakar and Akshita Dharmeshkumar Thakar. The property was built on non-agricultural land by 'VIVA Infrastructure' and is free from any encumbrances. If anyone has any claim, right, interest, or encumbrance on this property, they are requested to submit their written claim along with supporting documents to R.P.A.D within 7 days of the publication of this notice. After the deadline, it will be presumed that no one has any claim to this property, or that they have waived their right, and a title clearance certificate will be issued. Any objections after this will not be entertained.

EEE જત ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ અમદાવાદ સબ-ડીસ્ટ્રીક અમદાવાદ વિભાગ-8 (સોલા) ના ઘાટલોડીયા તાલુકાના મોજે ગામ સોલાની સીમના સર્વે નંબર 55/3 કે જેનો ટી.પી.સ્કીમ નંબર 56 (સોલા-ગોતા-ઓગણજ) માં સમાવેશ થવાથી મળેલ ફાઇનલ પ્લોટ નંબર 28ની 1731 ચો.મી. રહેણાંકના હેતુ માટે બિનખેતી થયેલ જમીન ઉપર “વિવા ઈન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રકચર' નામની ભાગીદારી પેઢી ઘ્વારા બાંધવામાં આવેલ “VIVA SA- VOY” નામની સ્કીમમાં છઠઠા માળ ઉપર આવેલ ફૂલેટ નંબર 602 વાળી મિલ્કત (૧) ધર્મેશકુમાર હેમશંકરઠાકર, તથા (૨) અક્ષિતા ધર્મેશકુમાર ઠાકરની સંયુક્ત માલીકી તથા સંયુક્ત કબ્જા ભોગવટાની અતે કોઇના કોઇપણ પ્રકારના બોજાઓથી મુક્ત આવેલ હોવાનું જણાવીને તેઓએ સદરહું મિલ્કતના ટાઇટલ ક્લીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટની અમારી પાસે માંગણી કરેલ છે. તો સદરહું મિલ્કત ઉપર જો કોઇનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગ, ભાગ, હક, હિસ્સો, દાવો, અલાખો કે હિત સંબંધ હોય તો તેઓએ સદરહું નોટીસ પ્રસિધ્ધ થયેથી દિન- 7માં નીચેના સરનામે તેના દસ્તાવેજી પુરાવા સાથે લેખીતમાં આર.પી. એ.ડી થી જાણ કરવી અન્યથા મુદત વિત્યે સદરહું મિલ્કત ઉપર કોઇનો કોઇપણ જાતનો લાગ, ભાગ, હક્ક, હિસ્સો, દાવો, અલાખો કે હિત સંબંધ છે નહીં અથવા જો હોય તો તે જતા (WAIVE) કરેલ છે તેમ સમજીને સદરહું મિલ્કતનું ટાઇટલ ક્લીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટ આપી દેવામાં આવશે અતે ત્યારબાદ કોઇનો કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો વાંધો કે તકરાર ચાલશે નહીં. તા. 03/04/2025 જોય દિલીપકુમાર વકીલ B.Sc.
