Public Notice Regarding the property situated at revenue survey number 586/1, 586/2, 5869/4, 586/5, 586/6, 586/7 & 594/2, TP Scheme number 217, final plot number 586/1+222+45367 & 594/2 in the limits of village Sola, Taluka Ghatlodiya, District Ahmedabad, being a non-agricultural land. The sub-plot/bungalow number 12, with a total area of 260 sq.m. and a constructed bungalow of 416.50 sq.m. in the project known as 'Shri Davan Villa-6' is jointly owned by (1) Pravin Kumar Mafatlal Patel and (2) Rakshaben Pravin Kumar Patel. Our client has requested us to obtain an opinion regarding the clear title of this property for the purpose of selling it. It is being informed that except for the mortgage lien of IDBI Bank Limited, Ahmedabad on the said property, there are no other rights, shares, encumbrances of any person. If any person claims to have any kind of hereditary right, share, claim, right of encumbrance, lien, or attachment, they are hereby requested to submit written information along with documentary evidence to the address mentioned below within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice.
