Public Notice Moje - Sola District Ahmedabad Sub-District Ahmedabad - 8 (Sola) Ghatlodiya The land of Survey No. 759/1, 759/3 and 759/ belonging to the boundary of Moje-Sola village of the Taluka is included in T.P. Scheme No. 41 and allocated final plot No. 114/2, 123 and 124. The land of Survey No. 777/2 is included in T.P. Scheme No. 41 and allocated final plot No. 110/2. There is a project named "Sahjanand Crystal" on this land. The property (1) Sheela Mahendrakumar Sharma and (2) Mahendrakumar Sharma, jointly owned, possessed, and enjoyed this property, which has an area of 187 sq.m., containing a building of 161 sq.m. (super built-up area) in plot/bungalow no. 6 in the project. It has been claimed that the property is free from all types of burdens, legal disputes and encumbrances. They have requested us for an opinion regarding title clearance. If any type of encumbrance, charge, lien, Bana rights, possession rights, or a partial or whole interest is claimed on this property, then please inform us in writing at the address given below within 7 days along with documentary evidence. If you do not do so, it will be deemed that no one has any right in this property and any right is relinquished.
