Public Notice This is to inform the public that the land measuring 8903 square meters belonging to Survey Number 388 (Old Survey Number 216/2) in the re-survey of the village of Sughad in the taluka of Gandhinagar, sub-district of Gandhinagar zone-2 of the district of Gandhinagar, and included in T.P. Scheme Number 410 (Amiyapur- Zundal-Sughad), the final plot number 358/2, measuring a total of 5342 square meters of land, out of which 2671 square meters of land with a road corner of 18 meters and 30 meters from the east-south direction, the old condition of this land, is owned by (1) Bipin Babubhai alias Ranchhodlal Panchal and (2) Kamal Bipinbhai Panchal, jointly and in their full possession and enjoyment, free from all encumbrances. We have been asked for a Title Clearance Certificate for this land, if any person has any right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance of any kind on the said land, they should inform us in writing within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice along with the proof of the same, at the address given below. If this is not done, then it will be understood that no person has any right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance of any kind on the said land, and if so, then it is waived, and we will issue a Title Clearance Certificate.
