Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, Registration District Gandhinagar Sub-District Gandhinagar Zone-2 Taluka Gandhinagar, Village Sughad Re-Survey as per the survey number-388 (Old Survey number-216/2) of the Sughad village Total 8903 square meters of land TP Scheme number-410 (Amiyapur-Sundal-Sughad) included in this, Final Plot number-358/2 allotted to it, out of total 5342 square meters of land, East-south direction from 18 meters and 30 meters road corner 2671 square meters area of old Land under cultivation (1) Bipin Babubhai alias Ranchhodlal Panchal and (2) Kamal Bipinbhai Panchal They have full joint ownership Possession and enjoyment, and all encumbrances It is stated that the said land is free of encumbrances and They have requested Title Clearance Certificate from us. And the land is made non-agricultural We have decided to sell the said land to our clients.
