No. 158/1-1 Surat District, Majura Sub-District, Moje Village: Sultanabad, Survey No. 158/1-1, of which 856 sq. m. of old agricultural land, which the Surat Municipal Corporation has included in the Surat City, applying TP Scheme No. 80, and given final plot numbers 100/A and 100/B. This land, including the bungalow on it, belongs to the owners: (1) The legal heir of late Ismail Gulamanbi Mansuri, (2) Roshan Bibi Gulamanbi Rasul's daughter, (3) Roshan Bibi, wife of Saleh Bhai, (4) Rehana Ben Yakub Bhai, (5) Riyaz Bhai Chakub Bhai, (6) Saifubhai Yakub Bhai, (7) Jambrunisa, widow of Abdersul Gulamanbi Mansuri aka Nalbandh, (8) Firoze Abdersul aka Miya Mohmad Mansuri aka Nalbandh, (9) Afroze Abdersul aka Miya Mohmad Mansuri aka Nalbandh, (10) Husenabano Gorumiya Mansuri, (11) Gulamanbi Gorumiya Mansuri, (12) Samimbanu Gorumiya Mansuri, residing at Moje Village: Sultanabad, Taluka Majura, District Surat, has been decided to be sold by our client. If any person, individual or joint, bank, government, semi-government institution or any other person has any kind of right, interest, share, possession, enjoyment or any kind of burden on the said land, then it should be informed in writing with proof before the day of publication of this notice. If nothing is known, all such rights and claims will be considered abandoned and our client will get the sale deed registered. No further objection will be entertained in this regard.
