Surat, Taluka: Majura, Village: Sultanabad, Survey Number: 158/1-1 Surat District, Majura Sub-District, Village: Sultanabad, Survey No. 158/1-1, 856 sq. m. of old agricultural land on which Surat Municipal Corporation has included the said village in Surat city and implemented TP Scheme No. 80 and allotted final plot number 100/A and 100/B. This land, including the bungalow located on it, is owned by (1) Mahum Ismail Gulamanbi Mansuri's legal heirs, (2) Roshanbibi Gulamanbi Rasul's daughter, (3) Roshanbibi, wife of Saleh Bhai, (4) Rehanaben Yakub Bhai, (5) Riyaz Bhai Chakubhai, (6) Saikubhai Chakubhai, (7) Jambunisa, widow of Aderesul Gulamanbi Mansuri alias Nalbandh, (8) Feroz Abderesul alias Miya Mohd. Mansuri alias Nalbandh, (9) Afroze Abderesul alias Miya Mohd. Mansuri alias Nalbandh, (10) Husenabano Gorumia Mansuri, (11) Gulamanbi Gorumia Mansuri, (12) Samimabanu Gorumia Mansuri, residing at Village: Sultanabad, Taluka: Majura, District: Surat, has been decided to be sold by our client. If any person, individual or joint, bank, government, semi-government institution, or any other person has any kind of claim, interest, share, possession, enjoyment or any kind of burden on the said land, then they should inform us in writing along with proof in person within the day of publication of this notice. If such information is not received, it will be considered that all such rights and claims have been abandoned and our client will proceed with the registration of the sale deed.
