We had published a notice regarding the sale of this land in all daily newspapers of Surat City on 25/03/2025 on behalf of our client. In response to this notice, Advocate Altafhusen N. Mirza on behalf of his client Altaf Kamalshah Nurshah, etc. published a public notice in reply to this notice in the Gujarati Mitra daily newspaper on 30/03/2025. In response to this, we are issuing this further reply and notice. It is hereby informed that our client does not have any kind of share, right, claim or possession or ownership right in the said land, as per all revenue records. However, if your client claims any right in the said land, then all the documentary evidence of the said ownership rights should be submitted to us in writing within 7 days. If your client fails to submit the above-mentioned documents, then our client, the original sellers of the land, will take serious action against your client under the Indian Penal Code for conspiracy to misappropriate land, which you will clearly explain to your client. Our client, the original landowners, will also support us. If you fail to produce the evidence of ownership of your client, it is hereby known and understood that your client does not have any right whatsoever in the said land.
