Surat District, Majura Sub-District, City Surat, village Sultanabad, RS No. 158/1-1, area 1058 sq.m. of land, out of which 856 sq.m. of old agricultural land, we had published a notice regarding sale on behalf of our client on 25/03/2025 in all daily newspapers of Surat city. In response to the said notice, advocate Altaf Hussain N, Mirza, on behalf of his client Altaf Kamalshah Nurshah, etc., gave a public reply to the notice in Gujarat Mitra daily on 30/03/2025. In response to this, we are giving a counter reply and notice. We would like to state that all revenue records of the said land show that your client does not have any share, right, claim, possession, or ownership in the said land. However, if your client has any right in the said land, then they must provide written evidence of all the above-mentioned ownership rights within 7 days. If your client fails to submit the above-mentioned evidence, then our clients, the original sellers, will take strict action against your clients under the Indian Penal Code for conspiracy to grab land. We will make this clear to your clients. Our clients, the original owners of the land, will also support us in this. If you fail to provide evidence of your client's ownership, then it is understood that your client does not have any right in the said land.
