The shape of the land is Rs.1.87 paisa and the account number is 4945. The TP scheme number is 80 (Sultannabad-Bhimpore), OP number is 170, final plot number 170/B and the area as per TP scheme is 770.00 square meters. This land is owned, possessed and enjoyed by Ramesh Bhai Jerambhai Panchani, resident of E-1, Swaminarayan Nagar-2, Kalakunj, Varachha Road, Surat. Ramesh Bhai Jerambhai Panchani has decided to sell this land to our client. If any person other than Ramesh Bhai Jerambhai Panchani has any claim, right, interest, share or claim over the said land, then they should inform us in writing within 7 days from the date of publication of this public notice along with written evidence.
