Jat District, Ahmedabad, Sub-district Ahmedabad-3 (Memnagar), Taluka Ghatlodiya, Moje Memnagar, on land of TP Scheme No. 1, Final Plot No. 53, there are shops and flats in Shivali Complex Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. (which is also known as Maruti Complex). Out of them, R.D.-3, Ro-house No. 118, with 118 sq. ft. (Land) and 250 sq. ft. (Construction) property belonging to (1) Ashish Kantilal Shah and (2) Jasmine Ashish Shah, both residing at R.D.-3, Maruti Complex, Subhash Chowk, Memnagar, Ahmedabad, which our client has decided to purchase. Title clearance certificate of the said property has been requested. No person, bank or institution shall have any right, claim, ownership, right, interest, easement interest, relationship, objection, dispute, etc. on the said property.
