This public notice is issued by Advocate Sudha K. Iyengar on behalf of our client Chetan Bhanubhai Patel, residing at 5, Saptaarshi Society, Nizampura, Vadodara. This notice informs that the land situated at village Tandalja, district Vadodara, bearing survey number 330 and 333/1, originally owned by Sukhlal Chuthalal Mali, Narayan Sukhlal Mali and Natwarbhai Sukhlal Mali, was subject to a sale agreement in favor of our client. They executed several documents, agreements, and power of attorney in favor of our client, and received the sale consideration for the property. Our client is currently pursuing necessary legal proceedings with the government on behalf of the owners. Despite this, heirs of Sukhlal Chuthalal Mali and Narayan Sukhlal Mali, and Natwarbhai Sukhlal Mali, are attempting to act against our client's rights and interests, motivated by greed for additional money. They have published a public notice on 12/3/2025, attempting to revoke the power of attorney given in favor of our client. This notice is illegal and void, as it cannot revoke the power of attorney granted in favor of our client. In these circumstances, our client has filed a suit against them in the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Vadodara, bearing Special Case No. 65/2025, seeking specific performance of the agreement and ancillary relief. The hearing of this suit is pending. Therefore, this public notice is given to ensure that no one enters into any agreements, documents, or transactions with the heirs of Sukhlal Chuthalal Mali, Narayan Sukhlal Mali, and Natwarbhai Sukhlal Mali, regarding the property, as any such action would be illegal and against the rights and interests of our client.
