Public Notice This is to inform that the property bearing Flat No. 12-B in the society named "Shree Ranjan Co.Op. Housing Society Ltd." situated on non-agricultural land of TP No. 19 of Ward TP 19, Memnagar, Ahmedabad-1, in Ghatlodiya Taluka, Sub-district Ahmedabad-3 (Memnagar), District Ahmedabad, has been sold to our client. The said property is located in Plot No. 59, bearing Survey No. 893, and has a plot area of 94.68 sq.m. and a built-up area of 60.25 sq.m. The property is jointly owned and in possession of Mrs. Sunita Parikh, wife of Mr. Dahyabhai Choksi and Mrs. Rakshakumar Shah, wife of Mr. Matisha Dahyabhai Choksi. Our client has requested for a title clearance certificate of the said property. Therefore, if any person, bank, or institution has any kind of lien, right, right of inheritance, interest, share, loan, encumbrance, charge or any other kind of right on the said property, they are requested to inform us in writing, along with supporting documents, within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, at the below mentioned address by Registered A.D. Post. If they fail to do so, it will be presumed that they do not have any kind of right on the property and they have waived their rights.
