Public Notice It is hereby notified to all concerned and the general public as per the notice provided by our client that in the Ghatlodia Taluka of Sub-District Ahmedabad-9 (Bopal), within the limits of Village Thaltej under T.P. Scheme No. 1, on the non-agricultural land of Final Plot No. 56-57 located at “Tulsi Park Co-op. Hous. Society Ltd., Division-R” which is known as “Vaibhav Bungalows Division-3”, Bungalow No. 34 is registered under the name of our client’s mother, Mrs. Anusuyaben Ratilal Panchal. After her demise, this property was transferred as per the last will dated 22.06.2022, registered at the Bopal Registrar's Office under Serial No. 10526, to our client Mr. Gaurav Ratilal Panchal and Mr. Parag Ratilal Panchal. Through this public notice, it is informed that any type of transaction concerning the rights or shares of the aforementioned Bungalow No. 34 without the consent of the mentioned stakeholders is unauthorized and illegal, and legal actions will be taken against such transactions. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી લગતા વળગતા તમામ તેમજ જાહેર જનતાને અમારા અસીલ ધ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ સુચના મુજબ જણાવવાનું કે ડીસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અમદાવાદ, સબ- ડીસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અમદાવાદ-૯ (બોપલ)ના ઘાટલોડિયા તાલુકાના મોજે ગામ થલતેજની સીમના ટી.પી. સ્કીમ નં. ૧ના ફાઈનલ પ્લોટનં. ૫૬- ૫૭ની બિનખેતીની જમીન ઉપર આવેલ “તુલસીપાર્ક કો-ઓપ. હાઉ. સોસાયટી લી. વિભાગ-ર કે જે “વૈભવ બંગ્લોઝ વિભાગ-૩' થી ઓળખાય છે તેમાં આવેલ બંગલા નં. ૩૪ કે જે અમારા અસીલ નામે ગૌરવ રતિલાલ પંચાલના માતૃશ્રી (અનસુયાબેન રતિલાલ પંચાલ)ના સ્વતંત્ર નામે આવેલ છે અને તેઓના અવસાન પછી તેઓએ બનાવેલ તેમના છેલ્લા વિલ યાને કે વસીયતનામાં કે જે તારીખ ૨૨.૦૬.૨૦૨૨ના રોજ સબ- રજીસ્ટ્રાર કચેરી બોપલ ખાતે અનુક્રમ નં. ૧૦૫૨૬થી નોંધવામાં આવેલ છે, તે મુજબ તે ભિલકત (૧) અમારા અસીલ ગૌરવ રતિલાલ પંચાલ અને (૨) પરાગ રતિલાલ પંચાલને તબદીલ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. જેથી આ જાહેર નોટીસ ઘ્વારા જાહેર જનતાને જાણ કરવાની કે ઉપરોક્ત બંગલા નં. ૩૪ તા હક્ક હિસ્સા બાબતેનો કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો વ્યવહાર તે મિલકત ઉપર જણાવેલ બંને હિસ્સેદારોની મંજુરી સિવાય કરવો નહિ અન્યથા તેવો વ્યવહાર ગેરકાયદેસરનો ગણાશે અને તેવો વ્યવહાર કરનાર સામે કાયદેસરના પગલા લેવાશે જેની નોંધ લેશો. તારીખઃ ૨૫.૦૫.૨૦૨૪ મનીષ એસ. શાહ એડવોકેટ ૪૦૫, શપથ-૧, ગોરધન થાળ રેસ્ટોરન્ટની ઉપર, રાજપથ ક્લબની સામે, બોડકદેવ, અમદાવાદ-૩૮૦૦૫૪
