Public Notice It is hereby informed to the general public that, under the TP Scheme No. 38, 39, in the village Thaltej within the Daskroi taluka, Ahmedabad district, the land identified as final plot No. 1702/2 and 173 known by the scheme 'Shangrila' has sub-plot number 118 (approved by AUDA according to plan 5) covering approximately 258 sq. yards, i.e., 215.72 sq. meters of land and approximately 255 sq. yards i.e., 213.21 sq. meters super built-up area including veranda, wash yard, and terrace. This property is jointly owned by Vishnubhai Prahladbhai Patel and Dip Vishnubhai Patel, and is free from any kind of claims, liens, or hindrances. We have decided to sell this property and have been requested by our client to provide a clear title certificate. If any individual, firm, bank, cooperative society, financial institution, or any public or private organization has any right, claim, share, or inheritance related to this property, they should inform us in writing at the below address within 7 days with supporting proof, failing which it will be assumed that no such rights, claims, or interests exist and are deemed waived.
