Public Notice It is hereby informed to the public that Mr. Chimanlal Jaygopal, resident of Ahmedabad, District of Ahmedabad, Taluka Ghatlodiya, village Moj Thaltej, Survey Number 172, and Draft Town Planning Scheme Number 217 (Bhadaj-Shilaj-Sola-Hebatpur-Thaltej), Final Plot Number FP5 (old Final Plot Number 172), area of 19972 square meters of land has been allotted. This land is included in the area of City Survey and as per the records of City Survey Office of Town Planning Ahmedabad, City Survey Ward Thaltej (non-cultivated land), Sheet Number NL9L9, City Survey Number NA 172/Paik, has been designated and a total area of 19972 square meters is determined for multifunctional non-agricultural use, full, independent, self-acquired, unique ownership, and possession unencumbered. It is announced that the titles of the above-mentioned landowner are clear and marketable for which we have been asked for a certificate. Therefore, if any person has any kind of interest, share, claim, or burden on the said land, they should write and inform us with evidence within 7 (seven) days from the publication of this notice at the address below. If not done, it is considered that no other person has any kind of interest, share, claim, or burden on the said land, and if there is, it is dismissed and we will issue a certificate of title clearance and thereafter no complaint will proceed.
