This is to inform the public that the original sale deed No. 11871 dated 20.07.2022, RR copy and index copy of the 518 sq.m. (private sub-plot No. 1) land in Survey No. 1905/1, Khatano. 1981, Block/Survey No. 1905, belonging to TP scheme No. 217 (Final Plot No. 1905/1, Bhadj-Sheelj-Saula-Hebatpur-Thaltej, Case No. 544/13099, Final Plot No. 544/1/3, 518 sq.m. non-agricultural land) has been lost/missing from Chirag Kirtibhai Patel, the current owner and possessor. He has requested a No Objection Certificate from us. If anyone has any objection or claim to the property, please inform us within 7 days from the date of this notice. If no objections are received, we will issue a No Objection Certificate and any further claims will not be considered. This is to be noted by all concerned. આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવાનું કેજીલ્લો-અમદાવાદ તા-ઘાટલોડીયા, મોજે-થલતેજની સીમના બ્લોક/સર્વે નં-૧૯૦૫પૈકી ૧ ના ખાતાનં-૧૯૮૧ ની ૫૧૮ સમચોરસમીટર (ખાનગી! સબપ્લોટનં-૧) નીજમીન જેટી.પી. સ્કીમનં-૨૧૭ ના ફાઇનલ પ્લોટનં- ૧૯૦૫પૈકી ૧ (ભાડજ- શીલજ-સૌલા- હેબતપુર-થલતેજ કેસનં-૫૪૪/ ૧૩૦૯૯ મુજબ ફાઇનલ પ્લોટનં- ૫૪૪/૧/૩ પેકી ૫૧૮ સમચોરસમીટર) બીનખેતીની જમીન અંગેનો (૧) અસલ વેચાણ દસ્તાવેજ -૧૧૮૭૧,તા.૨૦.૦૭.૨૦૨૨, (૨) આર.આર,કોપી (૩) ઇન્ડેક્ષ કોપી તેના હાલના માલીક અને કબજેદાર ચિરાગ કિર્તીભાઇ પટેલ થી શર્ત ચુક્તાથી ગુમ થઈ ગયેલ છે ખોવાઇ ગયેલ છે તેમ જણાવી તેમણે અમારી પાસે નો-ઓબ્જેકશન સર્ટીફીકેટ ની માંગણી કરેલ છે તો આ સંબધે કોઈને કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો વાંધો કેતકરાર હોય તો આ નોટીસ પ્રસિધ્ધ થયા તારીખ થી દીન-૦૭ (સાત) માં તે બાબત ની જાણ કરવી જો તેમ કરવામાં નહી આવે તો અમે તે બાબતનું નો-ઓલ્જેકશન સર્ટીફીકેટ ઇસ્યુ કરી દઇશુ ત્યારબાદ કોઇની કોઇપણ પ્રકારની તકરાર ચાલશે નહી જેની લાગતા વળગતા એ નોંધ લેવી. અમારી સુચના અનુસાર (ચિરાગ ક્તીભાઇ પટેલ) બિપીન સતાપરા (એડવોકેટ) ઓફીસનં-૧૪, (સેકન્ડફલોર), સત્યમ કોમ્યલેક્ષ, ટોયેટા શો-રૂમ સામે, આંબલી ઓવર બ્રીજ પાસે, બોપલ, અમદાવાદ-૩૮૦૦૫૮.
