Public Notice This is to inform the public that, District: Ahmedabad, Registration Sub- District: Ahmedabad-09 (Bopal) Tal: Ghatlodiya, Moje village : Thaltej, Block / Survey No. 238/1/1/2 of 323 sq. meter on-agricultural land and Block / Survey No. 238/2+4/3 of 1291 sq. meter non-agricultural land which is included in the Town Planning Scheme No. 39 (Thaltej) allocated the final plot No. 38 of Sub Plot No. B of 1614 sq. meter land located on “Earth Essence” scheme on the third floor, office no. 302 of 418.89 sq. ft. or 38.93 sq. meter carpet area (760 sq. ft. or 71 sq. meter super built-up area) property and the said property in 35 sq. meter (Lock / Survey No. 238/1/1/2 in 7 sq. meter and Block / Survey No. 238/2+4/3 in 28 sq. meter undivided share) and wall encroachment rights, interest, share, and approx. property is registered in the name of Anmolben Vajerambhai Raval, resident of Ahmedabad, (“Property Owner”) has stated that they are complete, independent, ownership, direct possession, enjoyment, free from encumbrance It is stated to be, regarding which our client has demanded from us the title clearance certificate of the said property. If anyone has any kind of right, interest, share, burden or approximately on the said property they should inform us of such right, interest, share, encumbrance or approximately from the publication of this notice within 7 (seven) days with original documentary evidence. If they do not do so, then no one will have any kind of right, interest, share, encumbrance or approximately on the said property and if so, all of them are gone (waived) It is understood, the title clearance certificate regarding the said property will be given and after that the process of selling the said property in favor of our client will be completed and after that no one will have any kind of dispute It is understood to be certain. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવાનું કે, ડિસ્ટ્રીકટઃ અમદાવાદ, રજીસ્ટ્રેશન સબ- ડિસ્ટ્રીકટ : અમદાવાદ-૦૯ (બોપલ) તાં તાલુકા : ઘાટલોડીયા નાં મોજે ગામ : થલતેજ ની સીમના બ્લોક / સર્વે નં. ૨૩૮/૧/૧/૨ ની ૩૨૩ ચોરસમીટર ની બિનખેતીની જમીન તથા બ્લોક / સર્વે નં. ૨૩૮/૨+૪/૩ ની ૧૨૯૧ ચોરસમીટર ની બિનખેતીની જમીન કે જેનો સમાવેશ નગર રચના યોજના નં. ૩૯ (થલતેજ) માં થતા ફાળવવા માં આવેલ અંતિમ ખંડ નં. ૩૮ પૈકી સબ પ્લોટ નં. બી ની ૧૬૧૪ ચોરસમીટર જમીન ઉપર આવેલ “અર્થ ઈસેન્સ'” નામની યોજનામાં ત્રીજા માળ ઉપર આવેલ ઓફીસ નું. ૩૦૨ ની ૪૧૮.૮૯ ચોરસફૂટ યાને કે ૩૮.૯૩ચોરસમીટરનાં કાર્પેટ એરીયા (૭૬૦ ચોરસફૂટ યાને કે ૭૧ ચોરસમીટર સુપર બિલ્ટ-અપ એરીયા) વાળી મિલકત તથા સદરહુ મિલકત માં ૩૫ ચોરસમીટર (લોક / સર્વે નં. ૨૩૮/૧/૧/૨ માં ૭. ચોરસમીટર તથા બ્લોક / સર્વે નં. ૨૩૮/૨+૪/૩ માં ૨૮ ચોરસમીટર નો વગર વહેચાયેલ નો હિસ્સો) તથા વરાડે પડતા હકક, હિત, હિસ્સા, લાગભાગ સહિતની મિલકત સરકારી દફતરે અન્મોલબેન વજેરામભાઈ રાવલ, રહે અમદાવાદ, નાં (“મિલકત માલિક'') એ તેઓની સંપૂર્ણ, સ્વતંત્ર, માલિકી, પ્રત્યક્ષ કબજા, ભોગવટાની, બોજારહિત ની આવેલ હોવાનું જણાવેલ છે, જે અંગે અમારા અસીલે અમારી પાસે સદરહુ મિલકતના ટાઈટલ કલીયર હોવા બાબતના સર્ટીફીકેટની માંગણી કરેલ છે. સદરહુ મિલકત ઉપર કોઈનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો હકક, હિત, હિસ્સો, બોજો કે લાગભાગ હોય તો તેઓએ તેવા હકક, હિત, હિસ્સા, બોજા કે લાગભાગની જાણ આ નોટિસ પ્રસિદ્ધ થયેથી દિન-૭ (સાત) માં અસલ દસ્તાવેજી પુરાવા સહિત અમોને નીચેના સરનામે કરવી. જો તેમ કરવામાં નહીં આવે તો સદરહુ મિલકત ઉપર કોઈનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો હકક, હિત, હિસ્સો, બોજો કે લાગભાગ નથી અને હોય તો તે તમામ જતા (વેવ) કરેલ છે, તેમ સમજી સદરહુ મિલકત અંગેનું ટાઈટલ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટ આપવામાં આવશે અને ત્યારબાદ સદરહુ મિલકત અમારા અસીલની તરફેણમાં વેચાણ કરવાની કાર્યવાહી પૂર્ણ કરવામાં આવશે અને ત્યારબાદ કોઈની કોઈપણ પ્રકારની તકરાર ચાલશે નહીં તે નક્કી સમજવું.
