Public Notice This is to inform the general public that Vishnu Bhai Jeevanbhai Desai, resident of Ahmedabad, has registered property in the District of Ahmedabad, Sub-District Ahmedabad-9 (Bopal), Taluka Ghatlodiya, Village Moje Thaltej, on land under Town Planning Scheme No. 2, Final Plot No. 75 (Survey No. 37, 39/3, and 41), totaling 5952 square meters of non-agricultural land. The property belongs to Shri Sunset Co-operative Housing Society Limited, located on this land, known as "Swaraj Apartment." This includes flat no. A/04, along with all rights as a member of the society. He has declared that the property is his sole, independent, exclusive ownership and possession, free from any encumbrance. He further stated that the original share certificate allocated by the society for the said property has been lost, and no encumbrance, lien, or charge has been made on the original share certificate. Therefore, the society has issued him a duplicate share certificate. He has requested a certificate from us confirming his clear and marketable title to the property. The company named [Karmik 9Yard Pvt. Ltd] has decided to redevelop the property. If any person, bank, or institution has any encumbrance, charge, lien, or any other objection, claim, dispute, right, interest, share, or encumbrance on the said property or the lost original share certificate, they must submit written notice within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this public notice, along with supporting evidence. (Objections without supporting evidence will not be considered). The notice should be sent to the address below. If they fail to do so, it will be deemed that they have waived their rights. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવાનું કે, વિષ્ણુભાઈ જીવણભાઈ દેસાઈ, રહેવાસી-અમદાવાદનાએ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ડિસ્ટ્રીકટ અમદાવાદના સબ-ડિસ્ટ્રીકટ અમદાવાદ-૯(બોપલ)ના તાલુકા ઘાટલોડીયાના ગામ મોજે થલતેજની સીમના ટાઉન પ્લાનીંગ સ્કોમ નંબર- રના ફાઈનલ પ્લોટ નંબર-૭૫( સર્વે નંબર-૩૭, ૩૯/૩, તથા ૪૧)ની કુલ ૫૯૫૨ ચોરસમીટરનીબિનખેતીન જમીન ઉપર આવેલ શ્રી સનસેટ કો ઓપરેટીવ હાઉસીંગ સોસાયટી લિમીટેડ કે જે સ્વમ્રા એપાર્ટમેન્ટ” તરીકે ઓળખાયછે. જેમાં આવેલ ફલેટનંબર- એ/૦૪ની બાંધકામવાળી મિલકત તથા સોસાયટીના સભાસદ તરીકેના હક્કો સહિતની મિલકત તેમની સંપુર્ણ, સ્વતંત્ર, આગવી માલિકી અને કબજા ભોગવટાની બોજારહિત હોવાનું જણાવેલ છે. વધુમાં તેમણે જણાવેલ છે કે, સદરહુ મિલકત અન્વયે સોસાયટી દ્વારા ફાળવેલ અસલ શેર સર્ટીફીકેટ તૈમનાથી ખોવાઈ ગયેલ છે અને અસલ શેર સર્ટીફીકેટ ઉપર તેમણે કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો બોજો, લીયન કે ચાર્જ કરેલન હોઈ સોસાયટી દ્વારા તેમને ડુપ્લીકેટ શેરસર્ટીફીકેટ ફાળવવામાં આવેલ છે તેમણે સદરહુ મિલકતના તેમના ટાઈટલ્સ કલીયર અને માર્કેટેબલ હોવા બદલના અભિપ્રાય અંગેના પ્રમાણપત્રની અમારી પાસે માંગણી કરેલી છે અને [Karmik 9Yard Pvt.
