This public notice is given to inform that the property situated on non-agricultural land of revenue survey/block number 39, specifically TP No. 2, FP No. 74, in the village of Thaltej, Taluka Ghatlodia, District Ahmedabad, known as ‘Ratna Shri Co. O. H. So. Li. Ke. J ‘Suwas Complex', consists of separate flats and shops. Our client wishes to purchase the following specified properties from the original owner of the property. These properties are in the complete independent ownership and possession of the owner who wishes to sell them. This title clearance certificate has been requested through us. Therefore, we are publishing this public notice for the said property. (1) Jay Deepak Kumar Patel, owner of flat C-12. (2) Darshanbhai Babubhai Prajapati, owner of flat C-1. (3) Desai Manishkumar Chaganbhai, owner of flat D-9. (4) Surendrakir Bhatti, owner of flat D-3. (5) Patel Jibhai Harjibhai, owner of flat S-28. (6) Anilbhai Podar, owner of flat B-6. We hereby inform anyone who has any right, interest, share, claim, objection, etc. in the aforementioned properties, that they should submit documentary evidence to the address mentioned in this notice within 7 days from the date of publication.
