Public Notice District Ahmedabad Sub District Ahmedabad-9 (Bopal) Taluka Ghatlodhia, Thaltej, Survey No. 401/2 and 401/4, area: 10522 sq.m. and 6576 sq.m. respectively, totaling 17098 sq.m. This land falls under TP Scheme No. 37 (Thaltej) and after the TP deduction, the remaining land is allocated as Final Plot No. 75 with an area of 10255 sq.m. Regarding the sub-plotting of this land, the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation approved a plan on 17/09/2022. Out of the existing sub-plots 1 and 2, Final Plot No. 75 Sub-plot No. 2 (75/2) with an area of 6065.83 sq.m. out of which 2759.65 sq.m. is undivided. This land, as per the final plot, belongs to Amrutbhai Ambaram, Shakarabhai Ambaram, Rambhai Ambaram, Manishbhai Lakshmanbhai and Atmaram Ambaram as their joint and independent ownership, possession and enjoyment. This land is free of all encumbrances. They have requested a title clearance certificate. Therefore, if anyone has any kind of encumbrance or claim on the above land, please submit a certified copy of the written evidence within 7 days to the address below via registered post. If there is any delay or negligence in doing so, it will be considered that no one has any right over this land or if they have, they have given it up in favor of the owner of the land and the title clearance certificate will be issued for the above land.
