Public Notice for 214 (Thaltej)

This is to inform the public that the said land, ie, the land located in the village of Thaltej, Taluka Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad, in the survey / block No. 480 / 2 / 1 with an area of 1457 sq. m., which is included in Town Planning Scheme No. 214 (Thaltej) and is allotted final plot No. 44/1 with an area of 1021 sq. m., which is owned by Bhavinbhai Suresh bhai Patel, he has entered into a sale transaction with us, Nikhilbhai Shah, for the sale of the said land. In view of the above mentioned sale transaction, we, Nikhilbhai Shah, have rights, interest and share in the said land. Therefore, the public is hereby cautioned that Bhavinbhai Suresh bhai Patel is not competent to make any transfer in favour of any person or entity or to enter into any sale transaction in respect of the said land. Therefore, no person or entity shall transfer or cause to be transferred the said land from Bhavinbhai Suresh bhai Patel by way of sale, gift, mortgage or any other transaction. Notwithstanding the above, if any person or entity shall transfer or cause to be transferred the said land or enter into any transaction of any kind, legal action will be taken against him and legal action will be taken, which is to be noted. SEDC) આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવાનું કે સદર જમીન એટલે કે જત : અમદાવાદ, તાલુકા : ઘાટલોડીયાના મોજે ગામ થલતેજની સીમમાં આવેલ સર્વે/ બ્લોક નંબર ૪૮૦/૨/૧ ની ક્ષેત્રફળ ૧૪૫૭ ચો.મી.ની જમીન કે જેનો સમાવેશ ટાઉન પ્લાનીંગ સ્કીમ નંબર ૨૧૪(થલતેજ)માં થતા તે બદલ ફાળવવામાં આવેલ ફાઈનલ પ્લોટ નંબર ૪૪/૧ ની ક્ષોરફળ ૧૦૨૧ ચો.મી.ની જમીન કે જે ભાવીનભાઈ સુરેશભાઈ પટેલની માલીકીમાં આવેલ છે તેજમીન તેઓએ અમો નીખીલભાઈ શાહને વેચાણ આપવા સારૂ અમારી સાથે વેચાણ વ્યવહાર કરેલ છે. ઉપરોક્ત દર્શાવેલ વેચાણ વ્યવહારના અનુસંધાને સદરહુ જમીનમાં અમો નીખીલભાઈ શાહનો હક્ક, હિત્ત, હિસ્સો પોષાતો હોય જેથી જાહેર જનતાને ચેતવવામાં આવે છે કે સદરહુ જમીન બાબતે ભાવીનભાઈ સુરેશભાઈ પટેલ કોઈપણ વ્યક્તિ કે સંસ્થાની તરફેણમાં કોઈપણ પ્રકારની તબદીલી કરવા અથવા કોઈપણ વેચાણ વ્યવહાર કરવા સક્ષમ નથી એટલે કોઈપણ વ્યક્તિ કે સંસ્થાએ ભાવીનભાઈ સુરેશભાઈની પાસેથી વેચાણ, બક્ષીસ, ગીરો કે અન્ય કોઈપણ વ્યવહારે ટ્રાન્સફર કરવુ કરાવવુ નહીં. જો છતા પણ સદરહુ જમીન બાબતે કોઈપણ વ્યક્તિ કે સંસ્થા ટ્રાન્ફર અથવા કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો વ્યવહાર કરશે કરાવશે તો તેની સામે કાયદેસરના પગલા લઈ કાનુની કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે જેની નોંધ લેશો. તીખીલ શાહ રહે. એ-૪૦૧, રાધે રેસીડેન્સી, સીટી પલ્સ સીનેમા સામે, કુડાસણ, ગાંધીનગર- ૩૮૨૪૨૧ મો.નં.૯૨૨૭૪ ૪૩૩૪૦
