In the premises of Survey Number 545/1/3 and 545/2, TP Scheme Number 37, Final Plot Number 157/2 and 157/1, located in the village of Thaltej, Ghatlodiya Taluka, in the scheme named "Shriya Amalga", on the third floor, office number 307 with 68.22 Sq. Meter (Carpet Area) and 70.73 Sq. Meter (Built-up Area) construction, including 16.12 Sq. Meter Balcony usage rights and undivided share of 40.79 Sq. Meter land, Mr. Hardik Hemantkumar Shah, residing at Ahmedabad, has claimed ownership, possession, enjoyment and complete freedom from all types of encumbrances. He has requested an opinion regarding the title of the said property from us. If any encumbrances, rights, shares, financial institutions, banks, corporations, companies, firms, institutions, or individuals have any type of mortgage, lien, charge, possession, enjoyment, banakhat, maintenance, or right of residence on the said property, then they are requested to submit written evidence along with supporting documents to the address mentioned below within 7 (seven) days from the publication of this notice. Failure to do so will be considered as an acceptance that there are no encumbrances, rights, shares, or encumbrances on the said property or any part thereof, and we will issue a title certificate after the expiry of the deadline. The public and concerned parties are requested to take note of this matter. No further complaints, disputes, or objections will be entertained after this.
