This is to inform the public that in the village of Thaltej, located in the Ghatlodia Taluka of Ahmedabad District, on a non-agricultural land parcel within the TP Scheme No. 38, Final Plot No. 37, Survey No. 8, there exists a property known as "Ajeya Apartment" owned by Ajeya Association, which includes Flat No. A on the first floor, measuring approximately 78 sq. yards (5.21 sq. meters). Our clients, Rameshchandra Manilal Shah and Ritaben Rameshchandra Shah, are the owners and possessors of the said flat. They have approached us to obtain an encumbrance certificate.
