Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, in the registration district of Ahmedabad, sub-district Ahmedabad-9 (Bopal), taluka Ghatlodiya, in the land of the village of Moje Thaltej, under TP Scheme No. 1, the final plot numbers 15, 18 and 44 (survey numbers 86 and 90), the bungalow number C/60 located in the "Cozy Corner Co-op. Housing Society Ltd." is known as "Someshwar Division-3", the land of 167.22 square meters and the construction thereon of approximately 149.39 square meters, owned by Rajnikant Maganlal Patel and Rajesh Kumar Maganlal Patel, as members of the society, have claimed full ownership, possession and enjoyment, free from any encumbrance, and have requested a certificate from us that the title of the said property is clear and marketable. Therefore, If anyone has any claim, right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance on the said property, they shall notify us in writing within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice along with the necessary documents in support thereof at the address given below. If they fail to do so, we shall assume that there is no claim, right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance of any kind on the said property by any other person, and if there is, it is deemed to have been waived.
