Final plot allotted, Khumber-124/2, 2904 sq.m. of non-agricultural land for residential purpose, located on the project called "Madhuban-28" which has Bungalow Number 16, approximately 230 sq. ft. of super built-up area land and a building of approximately 290 sq. ft. of super built-up area, is the property of Shobhnaben Kiritbhai Patel. This property is completely free from any kind of encumbrance, ownership, possession, enjoyment and all kinds of charges. This property is being sold to our client, and our client has requested us to obtain a title clearance certificate from our advocate.
