The false checks of Rs. 2,86,45,531/- (Rupees Two Crore Eighty-Six Lakhs Forty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-One Only) given in lieu of the documents of the said property have been returned with the remarks “Funds Insufficient”. The said property is situated at Jire Sat. 35/2 with an area of 0-84-2. Without any documents, Vipul Jamnadas Gharasundiya, the administrator of Akshar Enterprises partnership firm, residing at 21, Rajnagar Society, Akota, Vadodara, has illegally built and sold houses. Our clients have filed a suit in the court of Civil Judge (C.D. Sahib) at Savli, under Special Civil Suit No. 2/2021 and 19/2023, which is currently pending. Therefore, no construction, documents, agreements or other writings should be made in respect of the said buildings.
