PUBLIC WARNING Regarding the land located in the boundary of Tragad village, Taluka Ghatlodiya, Sub-District Ahmedabad-8 (Sola), Registration District Ahmedabad, Survey/Block No. 108/4/1, total area 0-83-98 Hectare, Are, Sq. Meter, i.e., 8398 Sq. Meter. Out of this, 0-04-05 Hectare, Are, Sq. Meter (405 Sq. Meter) of undivided land belongs to our clients: (1) Ashokbhai Kalidas Patel, (2) Hansaben Vikramkumar d/o Kalidas Shankarbhai, (3) Varshaben Nayankumar d/o Kalidas Shankarbhai, (4) Bhavnaben Prakashkumar d/o Kalidas Shankarbhai, (5) Jitendrabhai Kalidas Patel. Survey No. 108/4/1 is included in T.P. Scheme No. 64 (Tragad), Final Plot No. 68/1, total 5039 Sq. Meter. Out of this, our clients' undivided land is ancestral property. Our clients state that their ancestors have never transferred, assigned, or sold the said 405 Sq. Meter land to anyone in any manner. (1) Dipenbhai Patel, (2) Pareshbhai Ghanshyambhai Amin, (3) Jayantibhai Kashiram Patel, and (4) Subhash Ishwarbhai Patel are attempting to carry out illegal construction on the entire land of Survey No. 108/4/1, T.P. Scheme No. 64 (Tragad), Final Plot No. 68/1, based on false documents created in collusion with each other, without the consent of our clients. Therefore, our clients have filed a civil suit bearing Reg. Dis. Mu. No. 170/2026 in the court of the Hon'ble First J.D. Civil Judge, Ahmedabad (Rural), which is currently pending in the Hon'ble Court. Our clients are also going to take criminal action against the responsible individuals as per legal advice. Hence, this public warning is issued to inform that no one should deal with or engage in any kind of financial transaction with (1) Dipenbhai Patel, (2) Pareshbhai Ghanshyambhai Amin, (3) Jayantibhai Kashiram Patel, and (4) Subhash Ishwarbhai Patel, or any firm or organization established by them, regarding the said survey number land, without the written consent of our clients. Furthermore, no one should carry out or allow any kind of construction on it. If done so, all responsibility and risk will rest with the person carrying out the transaction, and our clients will take necessary civil and criminal action against them, which should be strictly noted. જાહેર ચેતવણી રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ સબ-ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ અમદાવાદ-૮(સોલા)ના ઘાટલોડીયા તાલુકાના મોજે ગામ ત્રાગડની સીમના સર્વે/બ્લોક નં.૧૦૮/૪/૧ ની કુલ્લે હે.આરે.ચો.મી. ૦-૮૩-૯૮ એટલે કે ૮૩૯૮ ચો.મી. ની જમીન પૈકી વણવહેંચાયેલ હે.આરે.ચો.મી. ૦- ૦૪-૦૫(૪૦૫ ચો.મી.) જમીન અમારા અસીલો (૧) અશોકભાઈ કાળીદાસ પટેલ (૨) હંસાબેન વિક્રમકુમાર તે કાળીદાસ શંકરભાઈની પુત્રી (૩) વર્ષાબેન નયનકુમાર તે કાળીદાસ શંકરભાઈની પુત્રી (૪) ભાવનાબેન પ્રકાશકુમાર તે કાળીદાસ શંકરભાઈની પુત્રી (૫) જીતેન્દ્રભાઈ કાળીદાસ પટેલ (સર્વે નં.૧૦૮/૪/૧ નો સમાવેશ ટી.પી.સ્કીમ નં.૬૪(ત્રાગડ) માં થતા ફા.પ્લોટ નં.૬૮/૧ ની ૫૦૩૯ ચો.મી. જમીન પૈકી અમારા અસીલોની વણવહેંચાયેલ બાંધકામ કરવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરી રહેલ છે. જેથી અમારા અસીલોએ અમદાવાદ(રૂરલ)ના મે. ફસ્ટ જે.ડી. સીવીલ જજ સાહેબની કોર્ટમાં રે.દિ.મુ.નં.૧૭૦/૨૦૨૬ નો દાવો દાખલ કરેલ છે. જે હાલમાં નામદાર કોર્ટમાં ચાલે છે. અમારા અસીલો જવાબદાર વ્યકિતઓ સામે ફોજદારી રાહે સલાહ મળ્યા મુજબ કાર્યવાહી કરવાના છે. આથી આ જાહેર ચેતવણી આપી જણાવીએ છીએ કે, અમારા અસીલોની લેખિત સંમતિ વીના મજકુર સર્વે નંબર વાળી જમીન અંગે (૧) દિપેનભાઈ પટેલ, (૨) પરેશભાઈ ઘનશ્યામભાઈ અમીન, (૩) જયંતિભાઈ કાશીરામ પટેલ તથા (૪) સુભાષ ઈશ્વરભાઈ પટેલ કે તેઓએ ઉભી કરેલ પેઢી કે સંસ્થા સાથે કોઈએ કોઈપણ જાતનો વ્યવહાર કે નાણાંકીય લેવડદેવડ કરવી નહી તેમજ તેના ઉપર કરવામાં આવેલ કોઈપણ જાતના બાંધકામ અંગે કોઈપણ જાતનો વ્યવહાર જમીન) વણવહેંચાયેલ વારસાઈ માલીકીની આવેલ છે. મજકુર ૪૦૫ ચો.મી. જમીન અમારા અસીલોએ કે કરવો કરાવવો નહી અને કરશો તો તેની તમામ જવાબદારી અને જોખમ વ્યવહાર કરનારના શીરે રહેશે તથા તેઓના વડીલે ક્યારે કોઈને કોઈપણ અમારા અસીલો તેઓની સામે સીવીલ તેમજ ફોજદારી રાહે જરૂરી કાર્યવાહી કરશે જેનો સખ્ત શબ્દોમાં નોંધ લેશોજી. રીતે ટ્રાન્સફર, એસાઈન કે વેચાણ આપેલ નથી.
