Public Notice It is hereby informed to the public that, within the registration district of Ahmedabad and sub-district Ahmedabad-13 (Sabarmati) in the taluka of Ghatlodiya, under the boundary of village Tragad, survey number 229 covering an area of 428 square meters land included in TP Scheme number 72 (Tragad-Zundal), and allocated to final plot number 14 spanning 1457 square meters area for multipurpose non-agricultural purposes, originally owned by Ushaben Dhanjibhai aka Dhanabhai Patel (wife of Rajendrabhai), Popatbhai Dhanjibhai aka Dhanabhai Patel, Jagdishbhai Dhanjibhai aka Dhanabhai Patel, and Alkaben Dhanjibhai aka Dhanabhai Patel (wife of Bhaskarbhai), has been sold by the said landowners to Yash Shaileshbhai Patel on date 17-05-2024 by sale deed number 8999. The change of this transaction is registered from 05-06-2024 by entry number 5404 in the village form number 6 records. Subsequently, Bhomik Nareshbhai Thakar has bought this land from Yash Shaileshbhai Patel on date 30-05-2024 by the sale deed number 10046. The change of this transaction is also recorded in village form number 6 under entry number 5405 from 05-06-2024. It is declared that this land is currently independently owned, possessed, and free of any burden by Bhomik Nareshbhai Thakar, and he is decided to sell it. Our client has requested a title clearance certificate for the said land. If anyone has any lien, claim, rights, interests, or encumbrances on this land, they must inform us within 7 days at the address below.
