Public Notice It is hereby informed to the general public that, (1) Shri Devendrabhai Karshanbhai Desai (undistributed 30% share), (2) Smt. Ladkiben Devendrabhai Desai (undistributed 30% share) (3) Shri Himang Devendrabhai Desai (undistributed 20% share), and (4) Shri Krishan Devendrabhai Desai (undistributed 20% share), all residents of Ahmedabad, holding an area of 7280 square meters of land in Survey No. 258/1, Account No. 609 under Draft Town Planning Scheme No. 233 (Tragad), Final Plot No. 54 comprising 9467 square meters out of which 4368 square meters of land is allocated, are the complete, independent, joint owners and possessors of the said non-agricultural land for residential purposes, have decided to sell our share and have requested a certificate for clear and marketable titles. If anyone else has any claims, rights, interests, shares, or burdens on the said land, they must notify us in writing with proof within 7 days from the publication of this notice. If this is not done, it will be assumed that there are no other claims, rights, interests, shares, or burdens and if any exist, they are considered waived, after which we will issue a clearance certificate of titles and no complaints will proceed further.
