Public Notice Surat Municipal Corporation, Surat District, within the limits of Surat city, in the area of Udhana-Magdalla Road, opposite Govalak Jakat naka, at Majura revenue survey number 168, in the land owned by "Shree Ganesh Industrial Co. & Services Society Limited", which is planned in the registered land, out of the plots made in the land, plot number V34 measuring 15 feet by 50 feet, 750 sq.ft or 69.70 sq.m, along with the building constructed on it and the property including the constructed building owned by Thakordas Shanbhalal, has been allotted by the society as the first member and the share register number 374, serial number 2221 to 2230 at the rate of Rs. 100 each allotted on 28/02/2007, but their original share certificate is lost, if anyone, bank, government/semi-government institution, or any other person has any share, right, interest, share, possession, enjoyment or any kind of burden on the above property or there is any dispute, then within 7 days of the publication of this notice, it should be informed in writing with proof, if nothing is known then all such rights will be considered abandoned and a duplicate share certificate will be issued by the society, which is hereby notified to the public.
