Public Notice Regarding Sale In Surat District, Taluka City, in the Parle Point area of Surat city, from plot No. 83 out of R.S. No. 44/1, Umra, in the non-agricultural land registered under TP Scheme No. P (Athwa-Umra), out of the plots constructed on the total land of sub-plot No. 1/C, 2/C and 3/C, Prabhu Corporation (NTC) has built a building named Prabhavna. On 8/5/2002, NTC allotted Flat No. 3/D on the third floor as an initial member through share certificate no. 46 to Binodkumar B. Giraiya. This property, along with the share certificate of this property and society, as well as the rights of the member, are being sold by our client Ajitbhai Shantilal Shah for a valuable consideration. Therefore, if any person, bank, institution, government or semi-government office or any other person has any claim, interest, possession, claim, lien, charge, debt, burden, or any other right to sell regarding this property, they should inform us in writing with proof within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice. If this is not done, after the expiry of this notice, no person or entity will have any claim, right, share, interest or right in this property, and if they have, they will be deemed to have relinquished or relinquished their claim.
