It is a clear title free from any encumbrances. We have been asked to issue a title clearance certificate. Therefore, we hereby inform all the concerned that if any person has any claim, right, interest, encumbrance, relation, charge, lien, Alakh or right of maintenance on the said land, they shall inform us in writing with proof within 7 days of the publication of this notice at the address mentioned below.
