Public Notice This is to inform the general public that Shri Yogesh Punajabhai Patel, residing in Ahmedabad, has decided to sell his plot number- in the "Anand Mangal Sector-2" scheme of "Jay Anand Mangal Co-operative Housing Society Limited" located in non-agricultural land of 98013 square meter area in the new block/survey number- 383, 384, 390, 401, 404, 405, 406, 407, 408, 409, 414 and 415 (old block/survey number- 61, 67/A, 69, 70, 71, 77, 79, 80, 81, 82 and 83) of the village Moje Unali, Taluka Kalol, district Gandhinagar. The plot has an area of 601 square meter or 719 square feet and is located in the scheme known as "Anand Mangal Sector-2" along with the internal roads and other un-divided land of the society. The property rights in this land and movable and immovable property of the society are owned by the said society as a member and shareholder, and as per the allotment. This ownership is complete, independent, separate, and free from any encumbrances. Our client has requested a certificate from us confirming that the title of the land is clear and marketable. Therefore, if any other person has any claim, right, interest, share, claim, or encumbrance on the said land, share certificate, allotment letter, etc., then they are requested to submit written proof to us within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice. If this is not done, then we will assume that there is no claim, right, interest, share, claim, or encumbrance of any kind on the said land and share certificate, allotment letter, etc. We will provide a title clearance certificate and no further disputes will be entertained.
