Public Notice This is to inform the public that the land located at Block/Survey No. 403 (Old Block No. 77), Khata No. 726, area 7413 square meters, out of which 4957 square meters (i.e. 1.9 acres) (shaped 2.35 paisa) of old farming land in the limits of Unali village, Taluka Kalol, District Gandhinagar, is owned and in direct possession of Mr. Yatinbhai Pramukh Bhai Patel, resident of Gandhinagar. This land is free from all types of litigation and encumbrances. We have received a request for title clearance certificate for the said land from our client, who has decided to sell it. Furthermore, if any person, organization, financial institution or bank has any kind of interest, claim, right, share, or any financial burden, charge, lien etc. on the above-mentioned land, they are requested to submit their written evidence along with relevant documents at the below address within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice (objections without proof will not be considered). Failure to do so will be considered as a waiver of any claim, interest, right, share, or any claim on the said land.
