This property is owned and possessed jointly by Vijayshankar Kesrichand Gutna, Pradeepkumar Kishan Gopal Gutna, Shyamsundar Birbaldas Gupta and Sachin Radheshyam Gupta. They wish to enter into a sale transaction with our client. This notice informs that if any person, organization, bank or financial institution has any claim, share, right, interest or connection in the above property, they should send their written objection along with evidence to us within 10 days. Failure to do so will be considered as no claim, share, right, interest or claim by anyone in the said property, and if any, it will be considered as waived.
