Public Notice for Jivan Gadh

This notice is to inform the general public that the land located in the district of Surendranagar, Dasada taluka, village of Upriyala, survey number 252 (old survey number 457) with an area of 31-43 (hectares, acres, square meters) and a road named Jivan Gadh, which is old cultivation land, belongs to Thakor Madhaji Somajji, who is the owner and possessor according to the government records. Our client wants to purchase this land and has requested a title clearance certificate from us. Therefore, we are informing the public through this notice. If anyone has any claim, interest, share, right, burden, right of lien, charge, claim of a share or other right to this land or any part of it, then they are required to notify us along with documentary evidence within 7 days of receiving this notice at the address below via registered post. In the absence of any claim, we will issue a title clearance certificate for the said land and our client will proceed with the sale deed.
