Public Notice Registration District Sub-District Ahmedabad - 6 (Naroda) of Taluka Asarva, in Moje village, Muthiya, Block / Survey No. 66 / 1, TP Scheme No. 71, Final Plot No. 35, total area of 8924 sq. m. Multi-purpose use, non-agricultural land, according to the development permission passed by the AMC. Sub-Plot No. 1, 4744.11 sq. m. land on behalf of and on behalf of its owner P.MANDVA INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED, its director Bhaskar Bhai Gordhan Bhai Jadvani sold on 16.05.2024 through sale deed No. 12200 to a partnership firm named SHREE DEVELOPERS, therefore, the above land is their ownership, possession-enjoyment, free from encumbrances, title clear and marketable. They have requested us to provide a certificate regarding the title clear and marketable nature of the said land. If any person or organization has any right, interest, share, claim, encumbrance, objection in the said land, then they should inform in writing within 7 (seven) days with certified evidence (objections without evidence will not be considered). If any person or organization has any right, interest, share, claim, encumbrance, objection etc. and if there is any, then they have waived it.
