Public Notice This is to inform the associated and the general public that, in the area of Muthiya within Asarwa taluka of Ahmedabad district, the land pertaining to Block No. 10 which is included in the T.P. Scheme No. 70 according to Final Plot No. 6, has an area of 4067 sq.m., and is non-agricultural land where the building known as "Naroda Icon" has been constructed. In this scheme, Office No. A/401 located on the fourth floor covers an area of 159.55 square meters (carpet area). This property is currently held in the name of the Municipal Corporation as an independent ownership, possession, and partnership firm. It is hereby declared that we have requested a Title Clearance Certificate for this property. If anyone has any claim, right, interest, share, approximate, inheritance rights, maintenance rights, loan, burden, encumbrance, lien or any responsibility, they need to inform us within 7 (seven) days from the publication of this notice with written proof at the address below. Beyond this period, any objections or controversies regarding this property will be considered waived, and we will proceed to issue the Title Clearance Certificate for the said property as mentioned above. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી લાગતા વળગતા તથા જાહેર જનતાને જાણ કરવામાં આવે છે કે, અમદાવાદ જીલ્લાના તાલુકા અસારવાના મોજે મુઠીયાની સીમનાબ્લોક નં. ૧૦ની જમીન જેનો સમાવેશ ટી.પી. સ્કીમ નં. ૭૦માં થતા આપવામાં આવેલ ફાઈનલ પ્લોટ નં. ૬ મુજબની ૪૦૬૭ ચો.મી. વાળી બીનખેતીની જમીન ઉપર બાંધવામાં આવેલ “નરોડા આઈકોન ''નામથી ઓળખાતી સ્કીમમાં એ બ્લોકમાં ચોથા ફલોર ઉપર આવેલ ઓફીસનં. એ/૪૦૧ ક્ષેત્રફળ ૧૫૯.૫૫ સમચોરસમીટર (કાર્પેટ એરીયા) વાળી મિલકત મુની કોર્પોરેશનના નામથી ચાલતી ભાગીદારી પેઢીના સ્વતંત્ર કબજા, ભોગવટા અને માલિકીની આવેલ છે તેવું જણાવી સદરહું જમીનના ટાઈટલ કલીયર સર્ટીફીકેટની અમારી પાસે માંગણી કરેલ છે તો સદરહું જમીન પરત્વે કોઈને કોઈ પણ જાતનો વાંધો-તકરાર, હકક, હિત, હિસ્સો, લાગભાગ, વારસાઈ હકક, ભરણપોષણનો હકક, લેણું, બોજો, ગીરો, લીયન કે કોઈપણ જાતની જવાબદારી હોય તો આ નોટીસ પ્રસિધ્ધ થયેથી દિવસ-૭ (સાત) માં લેખિત આધાર પુરાવા સાથે નીચેના સરનામે અમોને જાણ કરવી. મુદત વિત્યે આ મિલકત પરત્વે કોઈ પણ જાતના વાંધા-તકરાર હોય તો તે જતા (Waive) કરેલ છે તેમ માની અમો ઉપરોકત મિલકત અંગેનું ટાઈટલ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટ ઈસ્યુ કરી આગળની કાર્યવાહી કરીશુ. જેની જાહેર જનતા તથા લાગતા વળગતાઓએ સ્પષ્ટ નોંધ લેવી.
