Public Notice This is to inform the public that Jat District Gandhinagar Sub-District Gandhinagar Taluka Vadodara Village (1) Block/Survey No. 149/001 1-42-68 Hectare Area Land and (2) Block/Survey No. 149/002 0-69-78 Hectare Area Old condition agricultural land Regarding Our client Prajapati Kalubhai Valabhai has been the above land The farmer owners of (1) Solanki Jagdishbhai Vinubhai, (2) Solanki Dharmendrabhai Vinubhai, (3) Solanki Rajendrakumar Vinubhai, (4) Solanki Jayaben Vinubhai, and (5) Parmar Gautambhai Kachrabhai have Given the sale deed of the above land to our client Dated 01.02.2022 This land is currently Sold to other people Our client knew about it They have filed a suit for permanent injunction in the court of the Principal Civil Judge, Gandhinagar, in respect of the deed, under Reg. No. 32/2025, against the farmer owners and the purchaser party (1) Patel Jigarbhai Naranbhai, (2) Naranbhai Pragdas Patel, (3) Patel Arvindbhai Paragbhai, (4) Patel Akashbhai Naranbhai. The said suit is pending. The said suit has been noted by the sub-registrar Office Zone-3 on 19.02.2025 under Document No. 1958 The notice of lis pendens has been registered. And As other litigations are going on regarding the said land, no person shall Carry out any financial transactions with the purchasing party regarding the said land.
