Original registered sale deed and registration fee of the said sale deed. Public notice of the loss of the original receipt of the fee. In the village of Vesu, in the Surat City (now Majura) taluka of Surat district, on revenue survey number 247/1/2/1, and falling under TP Scheme No. 0D (Vesu), in the newly formed plot number: sub-plot number 01. On the land mentioned above, on the 8th floor of the building known as "Aagam Siddhi," flat number 802, with a carpet area of 116.00 sq.ft. or 131.60 sq.m., along with the proportionate undivided share of the said flat in the building's underlying land, and all rights associated with the use of the flat, including all types of basic amenities, has been decided to be purchased by our client. And a registered sale deed has been executed in favor of our client regarding the said flat, which was registered on 18.01.2024, with registration number 757, in the office of the Sub-Registrar of Surat. The original registered sale deed and the original receipt for payment of the registration fee for the said sale deed have been lost or misplaced. Our client has applied for a loan from IDBI Bank on the said property. Therefore, as per the instructions and commission of our client, we hereby inform all concerned parties. If anyone has any objections or claims against the said property or the lost sale deed or related documents, or has any encumbrances, interests, or rights on the said property, they are requested to submit their objections in writing along with evidence to us within the stipulated time. If they fail to do so, after the expiry of the said period, it will be assumed that there are no encumbrances or claims of any kind on the property, or if there are any, they have been waived in favor of our client, and our client shall be entitled to obtain a legally valid sale deed for the said property in their favor. Our client will be entitled to obtain a loan/credit from IDBI Bank. The Bank's first charge will be on the said property, and no objections or hindrances of any kind will be allowed thereafter.
