Public Notice We, Naveenchandra N. Maratha - Advocate, on behalf of our client Suryadarshan Co-op. Housing Society Ltd. (Reg. No. Gh/10309, Dt. 04-11-1982) (hereinafter referred to as “the said society”), being the present Chairman and Secretary of the said Society, at Plot No. 109, Vadsar, Taluka Kalol, District Gandhinagar (formerly District Mehsana), under the instruction and direction of the Chairman and Secretary of the said Society, are hereby giving this public notice, that five members of the said Society, namely: (1) Shri Jagdishbhai Joshi - Plot No. 21, (2) Shri Hardikbhai Joshi - Plot No. 41, (3) Shri Dinesh Bhai - Plot No. 33, (4) Shri Rajiv Shah - Plot No. 44 and (5) Shri Harishbhai - Plot No. 35, who have not been in contact with the Society, its office bearers or any member of the society in any manner for the last 25 years and more and the society has no trace or address of them. Therefore, the society has tried to contact them on the addresses mentioned in the booking form for booking plots in the Society's plotting scheme of Vadsar land, but no trace or address has been found. In these circumstances, in the interest of the said five members and the said society, in order to find the whereabouts and contact the said members, the society has decided to publish this public notice in the Daily Gujarat Samachar through Naveenchandra N. Maratha, Advocate, Ahmedabad. Therefore, this public notice is being published. The said five members, who have not been in contact with the Society in any manner for the last 25 years and more as mentioned above, are hereby informed that they may contact the said Chairman and Secretary of the said Society at the mobile number mentioned below within 15 days from the date of publication of this public notice. The general public and all concerned are also informed that if they have any information or knowledge regarding the residence, business or service place of the said five members or any other information, they may kindly contact the said Chairman/Secretary of the said Society on the mobile number mentioned below or in person. If the said five members do not contact the society within the said time or no information or trace or whereabouts is received from the general public or concerned persons, the society shall take a decision in accordance with the provisions of the Co-op. Society Act, which shall be binding on the said members, their heirs/claimants and no objection or complaint shall be entertained from the said five members or their heirs or any other person or organization against the said decision, please take note of this fact.
